in this set we provided custom-sized envelopes lined with a complementing shade of green paper. as soon as i get my sample envelope photographed, i'll post it up for a closer view. a bespoke hand-drawn map is also inserted along with the invitation announcements.
following tradition, a sheet of tissue paper is also placed between the contents of the invitation. this was practiced long ago to prevent ink smearing onto other contents or the envelope itself. as printing techniques advanced making ink dry almost instantly, technically, there is no need for this but nevertheless we think maintaining such tradition adds a touch of old world charm ;)
to top it off, names and mailing addresses of each guests were individually printed on the envelope.
